Good day. I am writing this email to you complaining about the courier you used to deliver my parcel.
They failed to make a delivery Monday. Monday i got a email that my parcel has been dispatched to me, but none of the delivery has been made. When I contacted the number that was attached on the email they responded that it's gonna be delivered today. Today they are telling me about tomorrow's delivery. Tomorrow I am working out of time. Does that mean I have to wait for Friday? I can't.
Is there a way that you can cancel the order? So that I can be refunded the money?

It's smells good, but it is not long lasting. You'd have to wear it or spray it every 2 to 3 hours
