Delivery options

  • Standard delivery: R85 flat — free on orders over R650.
  • Bob Go (locker & door) and Pargo (pickup points): calculated at checkout, free on qualifying orders.

Delivery time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your area and chosen method. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
